KILDARE ANIMALS IN NEED: Young lurcher looking for nice home

Nyx is a young lurcher, who is not much more than a year old. She came into our care some months ago when heavily pregnant.

She was placed in a foster home where her pups were safely delivered, cared for and have all found their forever homes. Now it’s her turn to also find a new home. She has just been spayed so that her breeding days are behind her. Gentle in nature, shy at first but very loving and well used to a kind human touch, Nyx is partly house-trained. She is energetic and will want lots of love and affection in an active home.

An intelligent dog, Nyx responds well to the chance of a treat coming her way which indicates that she will be easy to train. She is used to sharing her home with both cats and dogs. If you have an interest in adopting Nyx, please visit our website, kwwspca.ie.

Another lovely dog that came into our care recently from the pound is Ted. He was adopted in January and is now enjoying country life and will soon take off on a nice holiday to the South of France.
