Kildare Co Council is considering plans for a development of houses with an estimated construction value of €3m.
Being planned for a site at Church View in Johnstownbridge are 10 properties consisting of:
- 8 three bedroom semi-detached dwellings
- 1 three bedroom detached dwelling
- 1 four bedroom detached dwelling with domestic garage
Footpaths, storm water collection drains are included in the plans.
The proposals feature a new site entrance along with landscaping.
The applicant is Farway Construction Ltd of Enfield, Co Meath.
