Peacefully in ICU Crumlin Hospital in the loving arms of her parents after a courageous battle bravely fought.
Adored daughter of Dave and Sinead (nee Flately) formerly Knock, County Mayo and Monivea, Abbeyknockmoy, County Galway.
Caoímhe will be very sadly missed and never forgotten by her loving parents, grandparents Tom and Pauline (Flately) & John and Margaret (Carton), her great grandmother Joan, great grandfather John, aunts Marian and Michelle and partner Séan, uncle Frank and partner Sarah, cousins Charlie & Chloe, extended family and friends.
House Strictly Private on Wednesday and Thursday.
Caoímhe will repose at her home in Sheean Park (R51X074) on Friday, August 2, from 3pm to 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, August 3, at 11 o'clock in the Church of Assumption and St Patrick, Rathangan, followed by burial in St Patrick's Cemetery, Rathangan, County Kildare.

The family would like to thank most sincerely the staff at ICU and St John's Ward, Children's Hospital, Crumlin, for their exceptional care and support during Caoímhe's stay at the Hospital.

Funeral on Saturday to arrive at St Conleth’s Parish Church, Newbridge for 11am Mass.
Burial afterwards in St Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge.

Reposing on Friday, August 2, at Wellbrook Funeral Home, Allenwood, W91 V88V from 5pm with prayers at 7pm.
Removal on Saturday, August 3, to arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Allenwood for 10am Requiem Mass, followed by Cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium at 12pm.
