KILDARE: New coffee shop and bakery could be on the way for Naas

A new coffee shop and bakery could be on the way for Naas.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Kennaa Limited.

Being proposed is the change of use of an existing commercial/industrial structure located at Harbour View near Naas Library.

Plans have been lodged for a coffee shop, artisan bakery and confectionary shop.

The designs include provisions for a replacement roof with higher ridge height roof and permission for a mezzanine dining area.

Also proposed is the installation of external doors and windows and signage.

The total floor area is 80 square metres and the estimated construction value of the project is €100,000.
