Kildare woman accused of assault causing harm offence in Newbridge

An allegation of assault causing harm was levelled at a woman who appeared in Naas District Court on Thursday, April 13.

Mary Bernadette Cash, with an address given as 25 Whitewell View in Naas, was accused of committing the offence at The Paddocks in Newbridge on April 3 last.

The case involving the 47-year-old was adjourned to September 21, to allow time for directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Judge Deirdre Gearty remanded the accused on continuing bail until this date.
