LATEST: 29 new apartments being planned in Ballitore
Plans lodged with Kildare Co Council
A total of 29 new homes are being planned in Ballitore village.
The total estimated construction value of the project at Ballitore Hill is €4.4m, according to Building Information Ireland database.
The site area is 1.6 hectares and the total square footage is 2,827 square metres.
Being proposed are:
- eight apartments in two 2-storey blocks
- eight terraced houses in two 2-storey terrace blocks
- 10 semi-detached 2-storey houses
- and 3 detached houses.
The development also consists of a new recessed vehicular entrance, bin/bike stores for each apartment and a new footpath.
