LATEST: Four-storey apartment block being planned for Naas

A new development of 14 apartments with an estimated value of €3.4m is being planned for Naas. 

Being planned are 2 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments.

Each apartment will have private amenity space provided by a terrace at ground floor or a balcony above ground floor level.

The designs include 16 car parking spaces, including two disabled spaces and three electrical vehicle charging spaces.

Also being planned is secure cycle parking for 33 bicycles.

A communal amenity space and landscaping areas are included in the proposals.
