Dillons - the brand new restaurant and gift store, which is set to open later this year, has announced Michelin starred chef Derry Clarke as its new Culinary Director.
“One of Ireland’s finest chefs will take the reins at Rathangan’s most treasured buildings. We are delighted to welcome Michelin starred chef Derry Clarke as the new Culinary Director at Dillon’s Rathangan,” announced Dillons Rathangan on Instagram.
