SPOTTED: Why is this tow truck on a tow truck?!

This was the scene recently when a tow truck had to be taken off the road by another tow truck. 

The incident happened in the Dublin area when gardaí stopped a tow truck that was being driven by an Unaccompanied Learner Driver with no motor tax. 

Under current laws, these alleged offences allowed the vehicle to be seized and brought to a vehicle pound where it cold be claimed if fines were paid. 

The DMR West Roads Policing Unit said that court proceedings will follow.
