Works complete on office unit in Kildare business park

The €184k development is at No 1, Gateway Business Park, Athy, Co Kildare
A €184k office unit has been completed in a Kildare business park.
The development was completed at Unit No 1, Gateway Business Park, Gallows Hill, Dublin Road, Athy, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), works were complete on site on July 22 2026, having commenced on Apr 29 2025.
The plans included the following:
The retention of:
- a 112 sq.m. detached single storey modular office unit located on the west side of the existing factory building, and
- all associated site works.
Planning permission was sought for:
- a new 85 sq.m. detached single storey office unit located on the west side & in front of the existing detached single storey modular office unit, that which retention is being sought for,
- a new concrete platform connecting the proposed & existing detached units, and
- all associated site works
