Works completed on €4.1m residential development in this Kildare village

Works have been completed on a €4.1m, 15-unit residential development in Derrinturn, Co Kildare.

According to Construction Information Service (CIS), works at Cluain Dara, Derrinturn W91 DT20, Co Kildare were completed on June 30 2026.

CIS notes that planning permission was issued to Landport Estates Limited on July 22 2024 for the following:

• Retention and completion of 15 residential units comprising nine four-bed detached dwellings, two four-bed semi-detached dwellings, and four three-bed semi-detached dwellings.
• Retention and completion of internal vehicular and pedestrian infrastructure, private and communal open space and car parking.
• Site services and all associated site development works

The main contractor for the development is Kelby Developments Limited, and the architect is Kilgallen & Partners Consulting Engineers.
