22 year-old Kildare baker realises ‘dream’ and releases debut cookbook
The now online sensation spoke with the Leinster Leader back in 2022 when her plans to convert a vintage horse box into a mobile bakery went viral on TikTok
22 year-old Alice Kelly is releasing her debut cookbook, From Scratch, on July 23. The title is based on the Kildare baker’s online handle @thefromscratchbakery where she has amassed over 600,000 Instagram followers and over 1.5m YouTube subscribers.

Alice shared the news of her new book online saying, “Ever since I was little, there’s been one dream I kept coming back to. Today that dream is finally real. My debut cookbook, From Scratch, comes out on July 23!
