An Easter parade could return to Naas.
Cllr Bill Clear told a Naas Municipal District meeting that the community would welcome the return of the event.
There has been no parade since 2019 when there was a low level of participation.
The event had been an annual fixture for many years in Naas.
Kildare County Council says grant funding is available through a scheme which comes available in January. KCC says it is available to meet with an organising committee and assist with any issues they may experience in completing the funding application as well as “offering advice and relevant support.”
