Darts fundraiser for Irish Wheelchair Association in Athy

A fundraiser for the Athy Branch of the Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) is being organised on Friday, May 26.

The event at 9pm in Purcell's Pub will feature darts legend Jamie 'Jabba' Craven playing against more than 20 local players.

There will be food, music and a raffle on the night and everybody is very welcome to come along.

Last year a similar event raised €1,450 for the local IWA branch, according to Tomas Loughman.
