Derelict site across from the Whitewater to go to public auction this month

A property located across the road from the car park entrance to the Whitewater Shopping Centre in Newbridge is set to go under the hammer later this month.

The property will go to public auction at the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge on Wednesday July 26, with a guide price of €200,000 to open the bidding.
