Dozens of sheep stolen from Curragh over three days
Newbridge Gardaí are investigating
Gardaí are appealing for information following the theft of a total of 47 sheep from The Curragh.
The 14 ewes and 33 lambs were taken from the Ballysax area between May 11 and 13 last.
The sheep are branded with the letter "D" and also have shamrock ear markings.
An appeal has been made to farmers in the Kildare and surrounding counties to be vigilant if they are offered these animals for sale, and to immediately report the matter to gardaí.
