End of an era as Naas shop closing after 35 years in business

A shop on the Dublin Road in Naas is closing in coming days after a proud 35-year history in the town.
Brendan and Kay Conlon confirmed to KildareNow that Well-Red education supplies and stationery shop will shut soon.
The outlet also sold Art supplies, Toys, Boardgames and assorted Gifts.
The premises is located in the McCormack retail park, beside the Polonez shop and Fruit 4 U fruit and vegetable store.

Their son Darren will be carrying on the business online.
Brendan thanked each and every one of the shop's loyal customers which came in the door since the mid 1980s such as parents, students and teachers.
A closing down sale offering up to 50% off selected stock will be taking place until the shop shuts its doors at the end of May.
We wish Brendan and Kay a very happy retirement - and best of luck to Darren in his new venture!
