Family Fun Weekend at Whitewater to mark end of summer holidays

Whitewater Shopping Centre is hosting party games and face painting this weekend to mark the end of the school break.

Free activities will run in the Newbridge retail complex from 2-5pm tomorrow.

Sunday will also see a Kids Party Zone from 2-5pm featuring a party Disco Dome, face painting and magic shows for children.

There will also be live music and street performers dancing throughout the centre.

All children’s activities are free, however people are encouraged to make donations to the National Council for the Blind in Ireland who will be collecting in the centre on the Saturday and to Downs Syndrome Newbridge who will be collecting in the centre on the Sunday.

Whitewater Centre Manager Ingrid Ryan said: “At Whitewater we understand that it is a very expensive time of year with children going back to school so we are delighted to offer families a weekend of free fun as we sign off the Summer holidays in style.”
