Gift of Well-being is full of Christmas spirit - without any of the alcohol!

The Christmas tradition of giving provides a fantastic opportunity to celebrate with family and friends and how better to show them how much they mean to you by giving the Gift of Well-being instead of an alcoholic drink.  Â
Â
At Christmas time we all look forward to celebrating safely with our friends, family, work colleagues so why not show them how much they mean by promoting their Well-being.
The Gift of Well-being is both thoughtful and considered, so get creative with the secret Santa, or reward your loyal employee/customer with a Well-being hamper from our partners or make up your own.
The Gift of Well-being is supported by Sallins SuperValu & Alltype Hampers, who have put together beautiful Well-being hampers with messages of the little things people can do to improve Well-being, stuffed with alcohol-free goodies and simple tips proven to be effective.
 Â
Laura Maher of SuperValu Sallins stated that as a local employer and as part of our community this is one of our little things to contribute to improved Well-being in our local community.
Conor Keegan from Alltype Hampers stated that the clear message coming from this initiative is that the giving of Well-being encapsulates the true spirit of Christmas and recognises that after a long hard year of ups and downs the gift of Well-being is a very deserving and thoughtful gift.
The Gift of Well-being is an initiative of the Alcohol Health & Well-being Alliance (Aha!).Â
Aha promotes Well-being by enjoying less alcohol and increasing health and well-being related activities.
