The Christmas tradition of giving provides a fantastic opportunity to celebrate with family and friends and how better to show them how much they mean to you by giving the Gift of Wellbeing instead of an alcoholic drink.

At Christmas time we all look forward to celebrating safely with our friends, family, work colleagues so why not show them how much they mean by promoting their Wellbeing.

The Gift of Wellbeing is both thoughtful and considered, so get creative with the secret Santa, or reward your loyal employee/customer with a Wellbeing hamper from our partners or make up your own.

The Gift of Wellbeing is supported by Sallins SuperValu & Alltype Hampers, who have put together beautiful Wellbeing hampers with messages of the little things people can do to improve Wellbeing, stuffed with alcohol-free goodies and simple tips proven to be effective.

Laura Maher of SuperValu Sallins stated that as a local employer and as part of our community this is one of our little things to contribute to improved Wellbeing in our local community.

Conor Keegan from Alltype Hampers stated that the clear message coming from this initiative is that the giving of Wellbeing encapsulates the true spirit of Christmas and recognises that after a long hard year of ups and downs the gift of Wellbeing is a very deserving and thoughtful gift.

The Gift of Wellbeing is an initiative of the Alcohol Health & Wellbeing Alliance (Aha!).  Aha promotes Wellbeing by enjoying less alcohol and increasing health and wellbeing related activities.
