Kilcullen man facing theft & trespass charges at derelict Red House Hotel

A 36- year-old Co Kildare man appeared before Naas District Court charged with trespassing, at the Red House Hotel, Newbridge, on March 21, 2017.

He was also charged with being in possession of a hacksaw and a blade, along with a theft charge, at the same place, on the same date.

Evidence was heard how the accused, with an address in Kilcullen, was 'observed leaving the premises' and is facing theft charges.

Judge Desmond Zaidan has ordered full disclosure by September 21, next, and the accused is to re-appear at Naas District Court.
