KILDARE: 24 homes planned in proposed €5m project

Planning permission  has been applied for 24 new homes in the Leixlip area. 

The proposed large-scale residential development is earmarked for a site at Harpur Lane, Castletown.

The site is located to the east of the R449, north of the M4 and west of Leixlip Gate Road.

The gross floor area is 2,487.14 square metres and the site area is 0.4 hectares.

The developer is Cairn Homes Properties Ltd.
