KILDARE: Council's decision to approve cafe, deli and wine bar is upheld

An Bord Pleanála has upheld Kildare County Council’s decision to grant planning permission for a café, wine bar and deli in Sallins.

Plans were lodged to develop the existing ground floor retail units numbered 5,6,7,8 and 9 at Sallins Town Centre on the Clane Road.

The application will include the change of use of units 6,7,8 and 9 from retail to café, wine bar and delicatessen.

There will also be internal alterations to provide disable and staff toilets, a preparation kitchen and connections between each unit.

Also planned are new shop front to units 5,6,7,8 and 9, according to Construction Information Services database.
