KILDARE COURT: Husband 'grabbed my neck and ran me through living room'
A husband grabbed his partner by the neck and “ran me through the living room into the kitchen.”
The women made the claim at a Naas District Court sitting.
The woman said the physical assault occurred after they had had an argument.
The woman also said she fell to the ground and the incident was witnessed by their children.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to November 27.
