The death has occurred of Ita (Mary) Arkins (née Reid)

Donaghmede, Dublin / Kildare.

April 3, 2024, peacefully, in her 97th year surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital.

Loving mother of Pat, Alan, Bernadette, Brian, Bernard, Karl, Ita and Vincent.

Predeceased by her devoted husband Patrick (Leo).

Recently deceased by her granddaughter Lisa.

Sadly missed by her sons and daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Gilltown, Donadea, Kildare / Coill Dubh, Kildare.

April 2, 2024, peacefully at Tallaght University Hospital.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Danny, sons Paul and Philip, daughters-in-law Josie and Rónait, grandchildren Ethan and Moya, sisters Kathleen, Angela and Betty, brother Paddy and Jim (R.I.P.), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her residence on Friday from 4pm to 8pm with evening prayers at 7pm.

Removal from her residence on Saturday at approx. 9.30am to arrive at St Benignus' Church, Staplestown for 10am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Staplestown Cemetery.

April 2, 2024 at St James’s Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Henry, son Nigel, daughter-in-law Eid, granddaughter SarahAnn, grandsons Darren, Stephen and Daniel, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives & friends.

Reposing at her residence on Thursday from 4pm with prayers at 7pm.

Removal by Anderson & Leahy funeral directors from her residence on Friday morning at 11.30am to arrive at Cill Mhuire Church for 12 Noon Mass, which will be livestreamed on www.newbridgeparish.ie/cill-mhuire-church

Funeral afterwards to Nicholastown Cemetery, Kilkea.

The death has occurred of Patrick O'Connor

Green Lane, Rathnapish, Carlow town, Carlow / O'Connor's Pub, Ballitore, Kildare.

Passed away peacefully, on April 2, 2024, in Kiltipper Woods Nursing Home, Dublin.

Beloved husband of the late Sally, much loved father of Joseph, Owen and Brian, and adored grandfather of Sarah, Kevin, Katie, Maureen, David, Seán and Matthew.

He will be sadly missed by his loving sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Marie and Maeve, cousins, relatives and friends.
