The death has occurred of Desmond (Dessie) Corway

Stacumny, Celbridge, Kildare / Lucan, Dublin

March 8, 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Desmond (Dessie), beloved husband of Violet and dear father of Oriel and the late Daniel.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, sisters Marie and Olive, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Removal on Wednesday morning (March 13th) to St. Patrick’s Church, Celbridge arriving for Funeral Mass at 12noon followed by burial in Donacomper Cemetery.

March 8, 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.

Beloved husband of Anne and loving father of Patricia and Susan.

Tom will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren Caoimhe, Rose and Pearl, son-in-law Paul, brothers Seamus (James) and Seán, sisters Maura, Eileen and Kathleen, goddaughter Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Tuesday evening (March 12) between 5pm and 7pm.

Removal on Wednesday afternoon (March 13) to Temple at Newlands Cross Crematorium (D24 EP83) arriving for a Service to Celebrate Thomas’ life at 2.20pm.

March 8, 2024.

Passed peacefully in the loving care of the staff at St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.

Predeceased by his cherished wife, Julie (2013).

Deeply regretted by his loving partner and best friend Mary, daughter Natasha, sons Vincent, Jim, Shane and Conal, his beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, siblings, extended family and friends.

Reposing at his partner Mary’s home, Ryevale Lawns on Monday evening (March 11) between 4pm and 8pm with prayers at 7pm.

Funeral mass at 1pm on Tuesday afternoon (March 12) in the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip followed by burial in Confey Cemetery.
