KILDARE: 'Family cluster' of homes being built in Donadea

Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for three single-storey type houses to form a family cluster.

The development is earmarked for a site in Donadea, Co Kildare.

Also being proposed are three garages / fuel stores for domestic use to serve each house.

Three waste water treatment systems are also in the plans.

A new vehicular entrance and access driveway are also in the designs. 

The total floor area is 834 square metres and the site area is 1.3 hectares. 

The estimated construction value is €1.3m, according to Construction Information Services.
