KILDARE: Green light for new apartments in Newbridge

Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for three first floor apartments in Newbridge.

The properties will be constructed on Henry Street off Charlotte Street. 

The apartments will occupy the same space where three offices were previously granted permission.

The estimated construction value of the project is over €700,000.

The floor area is 173.6 m2 and the site area is 0.04 hectares.
