KILDARE: Green light for new health farm for 40 people

An Bord Pleanála has granted permission with revised conditions for a therapeutic health farm in Straffan. 

The healthcare facility will cater for up to 40 guests and will operate as a step-down mental health facility.

Being planned is the demolition of an existing farm building on the site of the former Portree Stables, Boston.

Approved is the construction of a new two-storey communal building
