A Kildare lady won the Best Dressed at the inaugural Post Races "Most Stylish Lady" evening at The Abbey Hotel Roscommon, on Monday last July 10th.

The evening was a lively mix of post ladies day fashion,  jazz music and the launch of their exciting new Summer Cocktail menu.

The judges were fashionista Marietta Doran and Geraldine Grealy, Director of Marketing & Public Relations at the Abbey Hotel.

The judges said: “We chose beautican Dee as we felt her green cape sleeve dress and stunning gold embellished headpiece, made from recyclable acrylic nails from her salon was a worthy winner.

"The decadent headpiece was artfully put together by her milliner sister Marie Reilly.

"It was a quirky statement piece that really stood out, as well as embracing the sustainability ethos."
