KILDARE: Local bar and restaurant to be turned into bookies

Planning permission has been granted by Kildare County Council for a new bookies in Sallins. 

Planners approved an application for the change of use of an existing ground floor bar/lounge/restaurant premises on Canal View in the village to a bookmakers.

The green light was also given for external signs to be erected.

Two satellite dishes at the the rear of the property will also be installed. 

The total floor area of the new development is 192 square metres. 

The estimated construction value of the project is €70,000, according to the Construction Information Services database.
