KILDARE: New apartments planned for Naas Road in Newbridge

There are plans to construct a new six-unit apartment block on the Naas Road in Newbridge. 

The plans consist of two one-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom apartments.

Also planned are six car parking spaces adjacent to the development.

Planning permission is also sought for secure bicycle parking and bin storage and landscaping.

The estimated construction value of the proposed project is almost €1m, according to Building Information Services database.
