KILDARE: Plan to convert derelict shed into new homes

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council to build two new homes in Monasterevin.

Approval is sought for the change of use of a derelict outbuilding in the West End area of the town.

Being planned are two, three-bedroom townhouses with raised roof and extensions to the rear.

The estimated construction value of the project is around €1m, according to Construction Information Services database.
