KILDARE: Plan to demolish house and sheds to make way for 21 new homes

A developer plans to build 21 two-storey houses in Kildare town. 

A planning application for a site on the Rathbride Road was submitted to Kildare County Council by Glencresent Property Limited.

Being planned is the demolition of an existing single storey dwelling with out-buildings.

On the site is planned 21 two-storey dwellings consisting of three detached units, six semi-detached units and two terraced blocks of three units.

The estimated construction value of the proposed project is €5m, according to Construction Information Services database.
