KILDARE: Plans for townhouses in Monasterevin

There are plans to build two townhouses in Monasterevin. 

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on the matter. 

The proposed properties will form a terrace on Hopkin's Lane.

The total floor area of the dwellings is over 145 square metres. 

Landscaping, bin stores and bicycle parking are also included in the plans.
