LATEST: 20 new homes being planned in €2.8m project in Clane

Twenty new homes are being planned in Clane. 

Being proposed for a site on the Sallins Road is the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings.

The 20 planned dwellings will consist of:

• one 2-storey terrace block containing six 3-bed houses,
• one 2-storey terrace block containing three 3-bed houses and two 1-bed maisonettes 
• one part single and part 2-storey terrace block containing two single storey 1-bed maisonettes, and seven 2-storey 2-bed houses

Also planned is the upgrade of the existing vehicle entrance and the construction of a new recessed access road off the R407.
