LATEST: 44 apartments being planned close to Kildare town
Kildare Co Council is considering plans
A total of 44 new apartments are being planned in a €12m residential development in Kildare town.
The total floor area is over 5,000 square feet.
The proposed Oak Church development is earmarked for the Dunmurry Road / Southern Internal Link Road area of Bishopsland.
The apartments will be located in four three-storey duplex blocks.
The development will also include car parking, bin and bicycle stores and public / communal open spaces belonging to a previously approved site for 88 apartments in two, three and four storey blocks.
