LATEST: Kildare County Council considering five new apartments being planned close to Naas town centre

Four new homes are being planned close to Naas town centre. 

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on the proposed development.

The demolition of two dwellings in the Gleann na Gréine area off the Dublin Road is planned.

The designs include the construction of five dwellings including one studio apartment, two two-bedroom duplex units and two two-bedroom duplex units in a three-storey structure.

The estimated construction value of the project is around €1m, according to Construction Information Services database.
