LATEST: Newbridge Silverware planning new development

 Kildare County Council has granted planning permission to Newbridge Silverware Limited for a new development at its base in Newbridge. 

A new single storey extension will be constructed to the front of the existing building adjoining the existing shop and restaurant.

There will also be minor alterations to the existing layouts to accommodate the proposed extension.

Landscaping works are also planned as part of the project. 

The total floor area of the new development will be 151 square metres and the overall site is stated as 1.25 hectares. 

The estimated value of the development is over €200,000, according to Construction Information Services database.
