LATEST: Over 50 new homes planned for Coill Dubh
Kildare Co Council receives planning application
A total of 52 new homes are being planned for Coill Dubh.
A planning application for the proposed development at Ballynafagh Springs, Cooleragh East, Coill Dubh, was submitted to Kildare County Council by Derrin Homes Limited.
The planned two-storey dwellings will consist of 34 semi-detached 3-bedroom houses, 12 semi-detached 4-bedroom houses and six semi-detached 2-bedroom houses.
Also planned is pedestrian access to the adjoining 'The Meadows' housing estate.
The estimated construction value of the project is €12m, according to Construction Information Services.
