launch of Fiona McLoughlin Healy’s new campaign, Family

Fun Fitness with Food Rebels. The event was attended by the Minister for Health, Leo

Varadkar T.D. and was held at Educate Together in Kildare Town. The goal of the campaign

is to get families, young and old, active together every week at different locations around

Kildare. Groups or clubs that get the most families active in Co. Kildare over the next six

weeks (starting this, Sunday 17th of January) will be in with a chance to win €1,000, kindly

sponsored by Berney’s Pharmacy in Kilcullen. The launch of the 6 week campaign saw Fiona

McLoughlin Healy and the minister participate in a ‘cook off’ challenge with children from

Food School in Newbridge, ‘hula- hooping’ and aerobic exercise.
