Man denied breaching protection order following arrest, in Kildare court
'I didn't do anything'
A man who appeared before Naas District Court on an allegation of breaching a protection order denied it when he was charged.
“I did not do anything or see (her) today,” the man said when charged by a garda. The injured party did not appear and was not represented.
The court was told that the man was detained under section 35 of the Domestic Violence Act on April 10, by a garda.
The case was adjourned.
