Nathan Carter coming to Whitewater at the weekend

Country music star Nathan Carter will be Wagon Wheel-ing his way into Newbridge on Saturday.

The singer and songwriter will be signing copies of his new album 'Livin the Dream' at Golden Discs at the Whitewater Shopping Centre at 1pm.

Carter will also be headlining a concert at Naas Racecourse in August.

Last year Carter paid a surprise visit to fans in Fringes Unisex Hair Studio in Kildare Town.

The meet-and-greet with staff was later shown on his show on RTE.

The excited hair stylists were completely taken aback by the arrival of their VIP guest who presented them with a bouquet of flowers.

Then they all enjoyed a sing-song together of his big hit 'Wagon Wheel'.
