Well-known Kildare eatery seeking Sous Chef

Fallons Bar & Cafe is Kildare's most popular eatery with a clever blend of old and new, creating a very attractive playground for dedicated foodies.

Now the eatery is seeking a new Sous Chef to join their team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to lead a team, qualified in HACCP and with good English. The main duties include filling in for the Head Chef in case of absence, ordering in supplies weekly, and ensuring that the stock is adequate.
