Woman's ex-partner threatened to murder her with a hammer, Kildare court told

A woman’s partner allegedly threatened to murder her using a hammer.

That’s the allegation that was told to Judge Desmond Zaidan at Naas District Court on Thursday, June 15.

The woman appeared during an in-camera (in private) court session, and alleged that her ex-partner made the threat towards her.

She also alleged that he sent a text to her daughter, in which he allegedly said he 'wants her dead.'

Judge Zaidan granted the woman an interim protection order until the case resumes on a date in December for hearing.
