Eco friendly Laois plant and seed swapping event

A Laois Tidy Towns group has come up with a great and entirely free way to get some new plants in the garden this spring.
Portarlington Tidy Towns are holding a Plant and Seed Swap event.
The public are invited to "bring a plant, take a plant".
The event will take place in Portarlington Community Centre, on Thursday, April 6, between 6pm and 8.30pm.
The Tidy Towns volunteers ask that you bring healthy plants only, labelled with the variety.
There will be refreshments provided, and a chance to get gardening tips.
Donations will be accepted to Portarlington Tidy Towns.
