Laois Gardaí issue some important tips for Electric Picnic attendees
Festival goers are being urged not to be afraid to ask if they need assistance
Laois Gardaí offer some advice and urge festival attendees not be afraid to ask for help in no matter the situation.
As lots of you get setup at Stradbally Hall for Electric Picnic weekend - Don’t be worried about asking for help in any situation, whether it’s asking for directions or to report something or someone you’re worried about,” gardaí said.
They offered two top tips:
“Make sure that your phone’s Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut are all strictly password protected so if the phone is found, there can be no access to your cash money for contactless pay.
Consider putting a close contact or friend’s name and number as the lock screen on your phone so if lost and found it can be more easily returned to you.
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable weekend so look after yourselves and one another, and we’re here to help,” gardaí stated.
