Owners say they are "absolutely blown away" by the recognition

A Laois based glamping site has won a Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2024.

Glamping Under The Stars, based in Cullenagh, about 10 minutes outside Portlaoise, has been recognised as a traveller-favourite.

Speaking to Leinster Express/ Laois Live owner Kyra Fingleton said: "We were absolutely blown away to discover that our business had made it into the top 10% of all listings on Tripadvisor! As you can imagine, reviews, (whether online or via word of mouth), are the absolute life blood of our small, family-run business. We are thrilled.

"We do our best to make sure every guest has a great stay, feels welcome, and gets the most out of their visit to our little corner of Laois. So it’s really nice to hear that guests like what we do, and for the ‘little guys’ to be recognised by the Tripadvisor platform."
