Laois mother and daughter duo achieve major sporting success

A Laois mother and daughter have achieved their Black Belt Coaching Certificate.
This achievements can go hand in hand with their First Degree Black Belts, achieved earlier in the year.
Sharing a post to Facebook, a spokesperson for KICKBOX.ie Fitness Training said: "Massive congratulations to mother and daughter, Jen Bracken and Abigail McPartlan, on achieving their Black Belt Coaching Certificate, to go with their First Degree Black Belts, achieved earlier in the year.
"As part of our grading and coaching programme, students who get their first brown belt must coach a class a week as part of the curriculum, all the way to their Black Belt. This is a two and half year programme, which ensures that a student who receives a Black Belt, is knowledgeable about their sport and able to coach students of all ages and levels.
"Congratulations Jen and Abigail."
