LIVE BLOG: Laois Ladies make the trip to Cavan in Round 2 of the league

Joint-managers Tom Devereux and Billy Kiernan will be hoping to get their first win as Laois managers

The Laois Ladies footballers will be aiming to get their Division 2 campaign back on track as they face Cavan in Knockbridge GAA.

Laois played Cavan twice in 2023 with them getting the victory on both occasions. Their league meeting came in March with a hat-trick from Mo Nerney putting Laois well on their way to victory in The Rock GAA. Their second meeting had a lot more riding on it as they clashed in the Senior Relegation semi-final with Laois winning 0-10 to 1-5 in St Brigid's GAA in Roscommon.
